These Dynamite Shrimp are crispy, spicy, and utterly delicious. Coated in a flavorful batter and tossed in a creamy Sriracha mayo sauce, they make a perfect appetizer or main dish.

For the shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the dynamite sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the shrimp in the batter.
- Fry the shrimp: Heat oil and fry the shrimp until golden and crispy.
- Make the dynamite sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Toss shrimp in sauce: Coat the fried shrimp in the dynamite sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-fry the shrimp.
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
