Meatloaf:
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Topping:
- 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, 1 cup crushed Doritos, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well but do not overmix.
- Transfer to baking dish: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, press evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, crushed Doritos, and remaining ketchup.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes until cooked through and topping is crispy. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra spice, add diced jalapeño or hot sauce.
- You can use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
