Wonton Filling:
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Frying:

- Sour cream or ranch for dipping
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Mix corn, jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Fill and Seal: Place 1 tsp of filling in each wonton wrapper, moisten edges, fold into a triangle, press to seal, and fold corners inward for extra security.
- Fry the Wontons: Heat oil in a skillet, fry wontons in batches until golden and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with sour cream or ranch dipping sauce.
Notes
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, brushing with oil.
- Add crumbled cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Wontons can be assembled ahead and frozen before frying.
