Pasta:
- 12 ounces fettuccine or penne
Steak:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add seasoned steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté onion and mushrooms until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Make Sauce: Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Combine: Return steak to skillet, add cooked pasta, toss to coat. Adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley.
