Chicken:
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce:
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Other:
- 12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the Chicken: Put chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add Ingredients: Pour in cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook covered on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred Chicken: Remove chicken, shred it, then return it to the pot and stir.
- Add Spaghetti: Mix in cooked spaghetti and cook for an additional 15–20 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
