Lasagna Rolls:

  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat.
  3. Prepare Filling: Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill and Roll: Spread chicken mixture on each noodle and roll up tightly.
