Lasagna Rolls:
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

- 2 cups ricotta cheese

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Other Ingredients:
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat.
- Prepare Filling: Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill and Roll: Spread chicken mixture on each noodle and roll up tightly.
- Assemble Rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce in dish, place rolls seam side down, pour remaining sauce over, and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until golden.
