Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat Egg Whites: In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
