Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat Egg Whites: In a clean mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare Egg Yolk Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), honey or sugar if using, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate the batter.
