Instructions

- Cream butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.

- Form dough balls: Scoop the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake: Bake for 12–14 minutes, until lightly golden on the bottom but pale on top.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar: While warm, roll each cookie in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Let cool on a wire rack, then roll again if desired.
