Instructions
- Boil the Ingredients: In a small saucepan, bring water, cinnamon stick, and ginger to a gentle boil.
- Infuse Flavors: Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Add Tea Bag: Remove from heat, add tea bag if using, and steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the tea into a mug. Stir in honey and lemon juice. Enjoy while warm.
