Crescent Roll Dough:
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Base: Press one can of crescent roll dough into the baking dish.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Spread over dough.
- Add Top Layer: Place second can of dough on top, press seams together.
- Top with Cinnamon Sugar: Mix remaining sugar with cinnamon. Pour melted butter over dough, sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mix.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool before cutting into bars.
