Cake:
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Cake Batter: Beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale. Add vanilla extract. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Bake the Cake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 10–12 minutes. Remove from oven, dust a kitchen towel with powdered sugar, invert cake onto towel, remove parchment paper, and roll cake with towel. Let cool.
- Prepare the Filling: Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Swiss Roll: Unroll cooled cake, spread whipped cream over it, re-roll without towel, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Optional Topping: Drizzle with chocolate ganache before serving.
