  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice, rinsed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
