- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice, rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
