Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken breast
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: chopped cilantro, lime wedges, sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until well combined.
- Fill Tortillas: Lay out tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them, placing it in the center. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Toast (Optional): Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down to toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and warmed through.
- Serve: Optionally garnish with cilantro, lime wedges, or sour cream. Enjoy immediately.
