Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles until al dente, then drain.
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix noodles, chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, peas, carrots, soup, sour cream, milk, 1 1/2 cups cheese, seasonings.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread mixture in baking dish.
- Add Toppings: Mix breadcrumbs with butter, sprinkle over casserole with remaining cheese.
