  • 9 lasagna noodles

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Chicken: Sauté garlic in butter, add chicken, season, and set aside.
  4. Prepare Cheese Mixture: Combine ricotta cheese with egg.
  5. Layer: Spread Alfredo sauce in the baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, mozzarella, and more sauce. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Rest and Serve: Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
