Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the cauliflower: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, keeping the core intact. Slice the cauliflower into 3/4-inch thick ‘steaks’.
  3. Season and roast: Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Add cheese: Top each steak with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then return to the oven for additional melting.
