Description

For the Beef Patties:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For Assembly:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Beef: Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Press into a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes, then slice into 12 squares.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Place bottom half of buns in a dish, spread with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Layer with beef, cheese, pickles, and onions. Top with remaining bun halves.
  4. Bake: Brush buns with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds. Cover and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
