- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 6 squares. Add mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
- Form the bundles: Fold and seal the pastry around the fillings, brush with egg wash.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
