Biscuit Pretzel Bites:

- 6 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
Egg Wash and Topping:

- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces and roll into balls.
- Boil Biscuit Balls: Boil water in a pot, add baking soda, and simmer. Drop dough balls into water, simmer for 30 seconds, then transfer to baking sheet.
- Egg Wash and Bake: Brush balls with egg, sprinkle with salt, bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Optional: Brush with melted butter.
