- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Prepare the chicken: Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil. Mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken on both sides.
- Grill the chicken: Grill chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Make the Alabama White Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, cayenne, and salt until smooth.
