For the Bowl:
- 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup burger sauce or dressing of choice
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 8–10 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
- Prepare the Bowls: Divide the chopped lettuce among four serving bowls. Top each bowl with equal amounts of cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, red onion, pickles, and avocado. Add the cooked ground beef on top. Drizzle with burger sauce or dressing of choice.
