Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Make cookie dough: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in Pop-Tarts and chips.
