Instructions
- Cook Tapioca Pearls: Boil tapioca pearls for 5–7 minutes until soft. Rinse with cold water.
- Make Brown Sugar Syrup: Combine ¼ cup brown sugar with water in a saucepan, heat until thick. Add pearls, simmer, then set aside.
- Assemble: Swirl syrup and pearls in a glass. Add ice, pour tea, mix milk with brown sugar, pour over tea. Stir gently.
