Ingredients
Eggs:
2 large eggs, 1 tablespoon milk
Butter:
1 tablespoon butter
Bacon:
2 slices of bacon (cooked and crisp)
Bread:
2 slices sandwich bread
Cheeses:
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
Seasoning:
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet until just set. Remove from heat.
- Assemble Sandwich: Butter one side of each bread slice. Layer cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, and more cheese. Top with second slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Cook Sandwich: Heat skillet, cook sandwich 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted. Slice and serve warm.
