- ¼ cup dill pickle slices or chopped pickles
Special Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon white vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt and black pepper until fully browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Make the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and white vinegar until well combined.
- Warm the Tortillas: Lightly warm the flour tortillas to make them more pliable and easy to roll.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread a spoonful of the special sauce down the center of each tortilla. Layer cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced onion, and pickle slices on top of the sauce. Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm. For extra flavor, you can lightly grill the wraps before serving if desired.
