Cake:

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup mashed fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line with parchment paper.
- Mix the cake: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, strawberry gelatin, mashed strawberries, eggs, oil, milk, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.
