  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Serving:

Instructions

  1. Season the beef: Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sear beef in batches, and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add flour, then slowly whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Finish the dish: Stir in sour cream, return beef to skillet, and heat through. Serve over noodles or rice.
