- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Season the beef: Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
- Sear the beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sear beef in batches, and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add flour, then slowly whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer until thickened.
