Instructions

  1. Cook Ramen Noodles: Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  2. Marinate Beef: Toss sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  3. Stir-Fry Beef: Cook beef until browned, then set aside.
  4. Prepare Vegetables: Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, and ginger until tender-crisp.
  5. Make Sauce: Whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Return beef to skillet, add noodles, and pour sauce over the top. Toss to combine.
  7. Finish and Serve: Cook until heated through, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
