Instructions

- Sauté Vegetables: In a separate pan, sauté bok choy, carrots, and mushrooms until tender.
- Assemble: Divide warm rice into bowls. Top with meat, vegetables, and egg. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
