- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 sheet nori (cut into strips)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- Soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger for serving
Instructions
- Cook the Sushi Rice: Prepare the sushi rice following the package instructions. Stir in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt while still warm. Let it cool.
- Prepare the Salmon Mixture: Combine flaked salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
- Assemble and Bake: Press the cooled sushi rice into a baking dish. Top with the salmon mixture and bake until golden.
