Tortilla Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
Pizza Filling:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the tortillas: Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll the wraps: Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush the wraps with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Allow to cool slightly, then slice in half and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
