Tortilla Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Pizza Filling:

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the tortillas: Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Roll the wraps: Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Brush the wraps with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
