- 1 cup apple pie filling (chopped into small pieces)

For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients, cut in the cold butter, and stir in the buttermilk. Gently fold in the apple pie filling, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
