Chicken Bites:

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Optional: 1 tablespoon hot sauce or 1 teaspoon lemon juice for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Prepare Chicken: In a large bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and hot sauce or lemon juice if using. Mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Cook Chicken: Arrange chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or over salad, rice, or wraps.

- For extra crispiness, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the seasoning mix.
